Ionic Framework 101: A Quickstart to Building Mobile Apps

TwitterFacebookRedditLinkedInHacker News

So after a lot of thinking about it I finally dedicated some time to creating my first ever Ionic Framework course! The title of the course is Ionic Framework 101: A Quickstart to Building Mobile Apps and it can be found on the learning service Udemy.

A little background on what I hoped to accomplish in this quickstart course.

I have many tutorials scattered around the internet in both video and written format. Many of these tutorials are complex or focused on niche topics that wouldn’t necessarily help you in learning how to build mobile applications or learning a technology in general. You’d stumble upon them on an as necessary basis. The Ionic Framework 101 course was designed to be different. It was structured in such a way that it would cover multiple concepts in mobile application development while still bringing you to a very reachable goal. In this case, the goal is a mobile application that uses the concepts you learned about in the course.

It is a start-to-finish beginners course in the sense that it will cover topics ranging from how to get set up with Ionic Framework and the Android SDK on your computer all the way to building, testing, and troubleshooting a fully functional application.

As a benefit for being loyal followers of my blog, I’m offering the course to everyone reading this for $5 off with promo code GIMME5.

Enter the promo code via the following URL:

I encourage anyone starting out to take a look at this beginner level course. Unlike many of my tutorials, I’ve actually included the full source code to the project developed in the course. This is good for comparing your work with the anticipated final result.

Feel free to ask me questions or provide me with feedback if you’ve already taken it. A five star review is also much appreciated!

If you sign up for my newsletter you’ll receive superior discounts to any future courses that I create. Just a little incentive for signing up!
